The Wave was built in 1990 by a team from Bendcrete under the watchful eye of Jerry Moffat. What they managed to build has seemingly never bettered an today it represents, to many, the ultimate training facility. Amongst regular users it elicits a fondness and dedication as heartfelt as if it was a ‚real‘ bouldering venue.
